Silk Screen Printing
Silk screen printing is a stencil method of decoration that pushes permanent inks through a screen onto your custom clothing fabric. Our silk screen machine can accommodate up to four different color inks. We recommend silk screen printing for large quantity custom clothing orders (12 items or more), for orders requiring multiple ink colors, and for custom clothing orders with shorter deadlines. Silk screen printing is the most popular printing method for custom clothing because of its low pricing and ink durability. There's a 12-item minimum order on silk screen clothing.

Vinyl CAD Cut Printing
Vinyl CAD cut printing produces a cut-out of your text or logo from a sheet of special vinyl and then heat presses the design onto your custom clothing. While we offer CAD cutting for small quantities of apparel items (less than 12 items) and custom clothing orders with printing on the front, we CAD cut for orders of any size. We recommend this customization option for printing on mesh clothing, because unlike ink, the vinyl material lays over top of the mesh holes, leaving clear, concise lines in your text. There is no minimum order on vinyl CAD cut clothing.

Custom Embroidery
Custom embroidery converts your two-dimensional artwork into stitches or thread on the custom clothing item of your choice. We recommend custom embroidery for large quantity custom clothing orders (12 items or more) and for orders requiring multiple colors. Price is based on size of artwork and on stitch count. Emboridery is a great method for making logos come to life on custom safety clothing.
