Bought a size larger than needed by the pullover didn’t fit at all. Loose in the midsection but super tight in the shoulder and at the bottom made no sense.

It's OK for work attire

It bugs me that the reflective strips 'shed' threads along the sewn edges. The yellow fabric pils and that annoys me. My husband came home after one day of wearing it to work and all along the sleeves under his elbows, and along the backs of his shoulders where he brushes up against machines had already shown wear and tear and pilling. Other than that, the sweatshirt does the job. I'm not sure how long it will last. I wanted a better quality one as he's the manager and needs to 'look' like a manager, hence the reason we purchased a 'nicer' looking top instead of going with the more common hoodie variety. We 'might' purchase another. We will see how long it lasts. As a manager, he doesn't do as much of the manual work as before, so I'm not sure I'd recommend it for people who are more 'hands-on' in their job.
