Not worth purchasing

After wearing these ear muffs for over a year, I can positively state that these ear muffs are the worst I've tried and definitely not worth the money.
The arms are connected to the brackets that fit into the hard hat slots by one SMALL screw. And the screw tightens into a plastic hole. The plastic hole is not thick enough for the screw to get any "bite". You've got one or two threads maximum holding the arm to the bracket. VERY POOR DESIGN.
The screw is constantly backing out. I've had an ear muff fall off when the screw completely backs out. I've tried Locktite but the bracket plastic is too thin to solve the issue.
I would caution anyone about purchasing these earmuffs. ERB needs to go back to the drawing board and fix this poor design.
