The Mega Ratchet system boasts a "secure-fit" mechanism equipped with an easy-turn knob that enables size adjustments from 6.5 to 8 without having to remove the hard hat. Each turn of the ratchet results in the automatic locking of 50 meshing teeth, firmly securing the position. The no-slip hold ensures that the hard hat stays in place, even during the most demanding jobs or adverse weather conditions. The hinged ratchet is designed to sit low on the nape of the neck and can be adjusted for height to achieve a perfect fit. The ratchet mechanism is cushioned with thick sponge padding, providing long-lasting comfort.

Fits really well, identical to the replacement ratchet liner.
1) The ratchet knob on the back could use a re-design to be placed in the center instead of being offset.
2) The padding could use an upgrade as well, both front and rear should also be machine washable.

Marti, a standard poodle 1 yr old puppy, chewed the former suspension for my Safety Helmet. Full Source was listed as a supplier for a replacement and it works.
