It was hard to find a long-sleeved navy blue work shirt that had a collar that looked nice. I guess I am between sizes. I was afraid a large would be too small/snug so I got an X-lg. It is a bit loose but that's ok for days I want to layer or just have a light sleeve. It is not as thick as I thought it would be but I am satisfied. I washed twice and it does look to need a little ironing since I didn't use the dryer. It fills the need.

I'm glad to find a work shirt in women's sizes. I can wash and dry this shirt and it does not shrink or wrinkle. True to size also. This shirt is very sturdy and functional. Two pockets and a pen or pencil space on left pocket. Thank you Full Source!!
