Sprayon WL 740 Zinc-Rich Galvanizing Compound is an advanced primer, composed of 97% pure zinc dust pigment combined with epoxy resin. It halts rust formation through electrochemical interaction on steel or galvanized surfaces. The self-sacrificing zinc safeguards the underlying metal, maintaining its strength and preventing rust spread when the area is pierced or scratched. This compound bonds zinc to the metal base, providing corrosion protection that is equal to or surpasses that of hot-dipped galvanization.

Instructions for Use:Remove all rust scale paint grease or foreign matter. A good clean surface is necessary. Apply directly to dry metal or galvanized surface and not over any other paint or coating. Product should be sprayed in a well-ventilated area.
