The product is equipped with thermo-formed foam, a removable shell with a patent-pending design, and mesh ventilation to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. Bump Cap: Protection against cranial bumps and bruises from a state-of-the-art shell; comfort and style from a very cool lid.

Bought this for my tall mechanic husband who often bumps his head while under vehicles. A regular hard hat seemed bulky, and as a ball cap wearer, he loves it. He added a small headlamp, so now he's safer and handsfree!
