Port Authority ladies long sleeves shirt is true to size and wrinkle-resistant. I am 5'4" weigh 167 usually wear Port Authority medium which is a great fit. I work in the food industry mostly in the cold area. Wearing a thermal shirt underneath my medium shirt gave a bulky look. I recently ordered two large shirts along with wearing my thermal, which gave a crisp look. Dressing professionally can help form a positive impression to people you meet in the workplace. Overall very pleased with the shirt. It may feel a little stiff and I like more stretch, but it’s very professional looking. As far as fit, I’m so in between a large and XL that nothing fits completely right after menopause belly weight, but it’s pretty darn close. I took a chance on the large praying it would button up top, yet still be tailored at my waist. Size D’s are in tact with no pop open! Amazing! It’s snug on my hips and almost fitted to my waist. If anything I wish it were a little more snug at my waist. An X-LARGE would probably be ideal for someone who does not want a snug fit. I’m 5’6” and 185-190 lbs. I’ve got size D boobs and wear size 14 lbs. my torso is small under my boobs but I’ve got the Marilyn Monroe tummy and big hips and butt! I’ll add a pic later! Wrinkle free is good with me!

I ordered an XL based on the bust and shirt size but this shirt is 2 sizes too small. XL claims to be a 16/18. I would estimate that it's no larger than a 14. Strangely the arms fit pretty well and I have very large arms. So I assume the arms will be too big in the 3XL I'm buying to replace the XL.

Bought blue, white, red, and light blue and they are true to size. I got the XS and the length of the sleeves fit me perfectly. Color is vibrant after 1 wash, but after the dryer, the clothes came out wrinkled. I dried it with other laundry items. Was not happy when I had to iron them, and they were not easy to iron. Recommend wetting the dried clothes to make it easier to iron out the wrinkles. I think this is due to the fact that they're more cotton than polyester in the shirt. If you want wrinkle free, buy shirts that specifically state that they're wrinkle free and has more polyester than cotton in them.
