Full brim hard hat

Our crew prefers the full brim to the cap style. This is a good hard hat and good value.

Great shell, ok suspension.

Been using this hard hat for my company (150 employees) for about 2 years. The shells are great and well-liked and most find them lightweight and comfortable.
Where these could be improved is the suspension. It is good unless the person's head is very large or small. Also, they are not very durable and the plastic around the adjustment tends to fail in less than a year.
Would consider changing hard hats, but at this point, it is cheaper to replace suspensions more frequently than required by reg than change over the whole company.

The straps were a little big so had to have my wife undo the seam then sew it up again so it would fit right.
