KASK Zenith X2 Air Full Brim Features:- Adaptive Brim Technology:A proprietary method of seamlessly integrating a flexible and durable material to KASK helmets that addresses the potential safety hazards inherent with rigid brims. The material is resistant to heat, cold, and UV exposure while reducing the likelihood of neck strain in a fall and maintaining helmet stability in dynamic environments while enabling full compatibility with hearing protection.
- Adaptive Fit System:Size adjustment system that adapts to head shapes to create a personalized, secure fit. Adjusting the double diameter dial allows the ergonomic side wings to cradle the back of the neck while the self-adjusting hinge moves up and down to keep the system in a comfortable and secure position that moves as the wearer moves.
- HD Polyprolene External Shell: Lightweight external shell with exponential better performance. Excels in impact absorption, especially at lower temperatures (-30°C). Resists yellowing and degradation.
- Ventilation:Helmet designed with 16 air intakes that maximize internal airflow through outflow channels providing exceptional helmet breathability and wearer comfort.
- HD Crown Protection:Durable, internal shell component composed of high-density Neopor® Ccycled® EPS that provides stronger side impact absorption and inner core protection.
- Click-In System: Enhanced padding attachment system that quickly secures into place and allows easy replacement and removal. Patented system improves padding durability.
- D-Core Technology: Internal shell component designed with a low-density Neopor® Ccycled® EPS inner core optimized for top impact protection.
- DRY+ Liner: Multi-layered fabric integrated with Hydrocool® moisture-wicking technology and exceptionally soft textiles for enhanced user comfort. Infused with a deodorizing silver ion treatment.
- Earmuff Compatibility: Adaptive Brim™ Technology enables full compatibility with KASK earmuffs through standard 30 mm EURO attachments for a secure, balanced fit.
- High-Comfort Chinstrap with Eco-Leather: High-comfort chinstrap with eco-leather detail and 5 adjustment points for a personalized fit. Accommodates wider head sizes and adapts to earmuff use.
- Replaceable Lamp Clips: Helmet designed with 4 removable nylon external lamp attachment clips. Compatible with industry headlamps with elastic bands.
- Front Attachment Point: Front attachment point for advanced customization and easy integration of accessories such as badge holders. Includes cap cover for debris protection. Slot does not protrude through the helmet, maintaining its Class E rating.
