The hard hat insert is very comfortable very soft as long as you do not rip off the rubber on the backside which I did my fault not the product hung it up wrong on my hard hat holder other than that it is very comfortable collect sweat very well and for the price exquisite gave it five stars.

Glad they keep spare suspension in stock, in our industry from time to time our employees strip the tighten gear. Great hard hat and suspension! Just sometimes your employees abuse their PPE.
