Rip Stop fabric is the main performance feature of this shirt making it ready for whatever you - or the job - throw at it. Not to mention the straight hem that can be worn tucked in or out, pocket flaps with a pencil stall, an upgraded collar to dress this shirt up and dyed to match buttons.

- Collar: Two-piece, lined, banded, topstitched with sewn-in stays

I love this shirt because I don't like to tuck in shirts. This shirt is made for that!!! I wish that Red Kap offered more long sleeve shirts like this, in more colors and patterns!

I was having trouble finding long sleeve shirts with straight tail that look decent. I concealed carry daily and go untucked all the time. Looks better with straight tail. I can't speak to durability as I just got it recently. I like the fabric. Quality of construction is good, not great but that was expected for the money. If it holds up and washes well I'll likely order more.

These are very good shirts. There is minimal shrinkage, and they wash and dry without wrinkling.
Very comfortable, and not heavy. I normally wear a 2X, ordered 3X and am happy with the fit. I will order more.
