Great shell/ ratchet suspension broke after 2nd wear

I love this hard hat, however, on the second day of wear, the ratchet part of the suspension broke. The plastic piece broke off so I have to get a new system. Otherwise, I really like the shell.

It's lower profile, fits snug and is lightweight but the rear pad is a little hard. The cheaper Pyramex hard hats have a more comfortable fit. The graphite look resembles carbon fiber. The ratchet is easy to manipulate for the perfect tension.
