Strange fit

These pants were really baggy around the crotch and thighs, so I had to return them. The crotch was long, almost like you are supposed to wear the pant up over your hips. Not a good fit.

Comfortable with the first wear.

These pants are comfortable and seem to be long wearing. I have purchased Blaklader pants before and the style was a heavy material that was always stiff. There are great!

Best work pants

I have several of these and they are by far my favorite work pants. The pockets have become so essential in my work that's is a wonder how I got by without them. I also ordered them in khaki and use them for going out and have my conceal and carry and these pants are great for this also.

Best pants ever

Love these pants so much. I'm a maintenance/handyman and these are the most practical pants I've ever owned. I've had Duluth, Wranglers and Dickies and none have compared with these. I bought 3 different styles and over 8 pairs. Now I can't wear any other pants cause I'm so used to all the pockets and feel weird without.

Kinda old man fit not for me. Sits super high waisted otherwise look like your sagging all gangster. USA buyer. If your gonna order I would recommend going a size up from your normal. And not expecting a modern fit pant. The rip stop pants are way better in every way.

Great pockets

I got these for my significant other and he stores so many tools in these that he can't even keep track. It's basically a wearable purse at this point. Going to order some for myself.

Room where it counts

These pants have it all, room where it counts (package area) and the ability to raise your knee to your chest to climb up high inclines. I thought the outer pockets might hang me up passing thru car doors or be awkward to work when close to what I am repairing, but delightfully not true. I am a professional mechanic of 25 years and these pants are quickly becoming like my favorite wrenches, a perfect fit. The outer pockets will swallow and hold on to my large Samsung Note 8 and when I sit small items do not fall out of the pockets either. I will give a review again in six months as an update on the wear and tear of this product.

Flexible, breathable, versatile, tough - carpenter's best friend

As a carpenter who also runs a small handyman business, these pants are my best friend. The pockets seemed gimmicky at first, but now I love them. When you bend down or in an odd crawl space or under cabinets, your work items are readily available and not jamming into your thigh while you work. The knees have great padding and the material breathes and moves incredibly well, all while remaining durable and strong. I got nearly 2 years of hard work out of the first pair. I am now a client for life.

Great work pants

These pants are great. Durable, (I often work 100 hour weeks when I have deadlines coming up) comfortable, and well laid-out. The outer pockets can comfortably hold my speed square, measuring tape, combo square, nailset, pencils, and still have a spare spot to use as a screw bag. The right side leg pockets are perfect for a razor knife and markers and the left side is usually used for spare bits and loose fasteners and whatever else. This still leaves the regular hip pockets underneath as well as the back pockets for my wallet/ cellphone/ keys. The hammer loop is also well sized and functional. I haven’t worn a tool belt since I got them. Definitely a thumbs up here.

Another pair

This my third pair of Blaklader pants. I like the pants features versatility . I have a lot of tasks that require only a few tools, which easily fit into one of the several pockets, so I don't have to be encumbered with a tool belt. And the built in knee pad pockets are a really nice feature for getting down periodically without the bulk and sweaty constraint of strap on pads. The pants wear like iron. They are the best work pants out there.

Work Pant size

Not very happy: the pants, although the design is fine, it seems that the size does not fit the requested measurements, this is 32-30. It is narrow waist and is very long legs. Usually, my work clothes in this size fit me very well. Maybe I will try another model. Thank you.

Excellent

Bought these for my son, who does all types of construction work. He said he loved them and is wanting a pair to wear every day to work. He said the knee pads are easier to put on, before putting on the pants. He is 25 and said these are a KNEE SAVER! Plus he loves the pockets that make it easier for him to have the necessary accessories on him, as he works.

Nice Quality Pants

These are great work pants, my husband loves them and they wash up nicely. The only improvement you would make is to make the waist adjustable/expandable with a little elastic.

I would recommend this product. Unfortunately I am short. It seems they modify the length of the pants by adjusting the hem on the pant legs but do not compensate for the location of the knee. This is important since I purchased the pants specifically to use in conjunction with the knee pads (sold separately ) . Overall i am pleased with the pants.

Fit Guide

I couldn't find a good review of sizing so here is mine. I am 6'3" and about 195 lbs. and I ordered the 34" waist and 36" inseam. The waist actually has more room than many of my other 34" pants and the inseam is perhaps a little longer than other 36" pants. The sizing seems to be spot on and the pants are very comfortable.

Pants too tight

Pants were too tight in the waist. Had a friend that is 2 sizes smaller in the waist and they were too tight for him as well. How do you find the right fit without trying them on first? No more mail order pants for me for brands i have never tried before.
