The Bullard C35 Model is an Extra-Large Full-Brim Hard Hat with accessory slots offered with the option of a pinlock or ratchet suspension. Both options feature a replaceable cotton brow pad. The suspension system has six points of attachment with six separate keys for a secure fit and 1" wide seamless crown straps for comfort. This hard hat is designed to fit all head sizes including the upper size percentile.

- Full-Brim hat style helps protect against splash, glare and sun exposure.
- Accommodates slot-mounted accessories.
- Ratchet suspension – Ratchet suspensions can be adjusted between hat sizes 6 1/2 "- 8".
- Ratchet suspension – Vertical adjustment capability (two in front, two in side, three in rear) for a secure fit to different head sizes.
- Wide (1") seamless crown straps provide more comfort and helps the suspension system absorb energy. The round,wide crown area also allows for good ventilation.

Extra-Large Hard Hat

I was looking for a hat larger than standard so that my big guys in cold weather could wear the larger hat over an insulated liner without it sitting on the very top of their heads and easily falling off when they bend over to pick up tools or blow off in the wind. This "X-Large" hat and adjustable suspension are not noticeably larger nor deeper than the standard hard hats that I have purchased from other sources. The suspension seems good quality but unfortunately very similar to all of my standard hard hats. The search continues...

1. Made in USA. Excellent.
I have a Bullard C33 and this C35.
The C35 is noticeably longer and much more Big head friendly.
The dial for size suspension is VERY important to me because I change/add/remove inner layers quite often.
Cloth front cushion works well.
Good solid feel. Good balance on my head. The 6-point fastening system is comfortable.
If you're among us Larger Folk proudly carrying your magno capite I absolutely recommend this C35 shell.

Fits nice exactly as advertised. I have a big melon and most hard hats fit but are uncomfortable. This hard hat fits my big melon nicely and is actually comfortable. I would definitely recommend it for the big head crowd.

I wear a 7 3/4 size hat and this hard hat had plenty of room for comfort, I think it can easily go to 8 1/2 size with no problem, even larger for the Big Men 6’5” and above.

What a big difference this hard hat makes. It’s lighter than my original one and since it’s a full brim option, it keeps the sun from burning my face and ears & neck. I would recommend this hat!!! I get compliments all day long on how good it looks. It looks and feels more secure than the normal jobsite hats you get on jobs.
