We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible. We will gladly
attempt to process a requested cancellation, provided the order has
not yet entered the shipping process. In order to request a

If the item you wish to cancel has already entered the shipping

To view a sales receipt, customers with accounts may log in with
their user name and password to see their order history. Customer
Service can also re-send a sales receipt upon request.
Periodically, due to the overwhelming popularity of an item, a
product must be placed on backorder. If your order includes an item
that is backordered, you will be notified by Customer Service via
phone or email. In order to make this process more efficient, you can
add FullSource.com to your address book, or uncheck your spam
folder. Full Source wants you to get your items as efficiently
as possible, therefore we ship many orders in multiple shipments.
There are times when a packing slip will state that an item is
backordered because it was shipped separately. However, you should
receive your item shortly, just in a different box. We also ship
different items to you from different locations so that you can
receive your order efficiently and as fast as possible. If you do not receive a phone call, your item is probably not on backorder.
