Dunlop E902033 Features:

ASTM CERTIFIED - This American standard covers the requirements for the safety performance of footwear. It is to provide protection against a variety of workplace hazards.
CSA CERTIFIED - This Canadian standard covers the requirements for the safety performance of footwear. It is to provide protection against a variety of workplace hazards.
ELECTRIC HAZARD (EH) RESISTANCE - EH manufactured boots provide resistance to electric shock. The tests are part of the ASTM standard and are based on capability of withstanding an application of 18,000 volts (root mean square (RMS) value) at 60 Hz for 1 minute with no current flow or leakage current in excess of 3.0 mill amperes under dry conditions.
PROTECTIVE TOE CAP AND PROTECTIVE MIDSOLE - The boots feature a protective toecap and midsole for offering maximum protection against falling and penetrating objects. The built-in protective toecap serves to protect the toes from impacts of an energy level of 125 J and a compression at a load of 11121 N (2500lbf). The protective midsole is positioned in the sole and penetration is prevented until a force of 1200 N (270 lbf). Dunlop boots with a protective toecap and midsole are labelled as Full Safety.
COLD INSULATION - Purofort® boots prevent heat loss and offer outstanding thermal properties. Due to the unique recipe and molecular structure, all Purofort boots assure excellent cold insulation down to -20 °C. And even down to -50 °C in case of Purofort Thermo+ boots. Purofort boots are classified as CI, meaning that the temperature decrease measured at the upper surface of the insole does not exceed 10 °C after 30 minutes.
COMFORTABLE - By design, the boots offer a perfect fit, optimizing comfort for everyday use.
WATERPROOF - The boots are 100% waterproof to keep your feet dry under wet and dirty conditions.
FUEL OIL RESISTANT - The outsole is resistant against oil, which assures that potentially adverse effects of oily substances on the protective properties of the boots are minimized.
CHEMICAL RESISTANT - The boots offer protection against a wide variety of chemicals. The specific application with types of chemicals encountered and conditions faced will determine which boot should be opted for.
ENERGY ABSORBING - The boots feature energy absorption of the heel region which limits impact to the foot while walking. The provision of shock absorption capabilities within the footwear minimizes risk of injuries.

I got this boot for a work project in cold temps. The first morning was -26 F and these kept my feet pretty warm while working. They have a solid feel to them, great for drilling. I put them through an 84-hour work week and had no complaints.

Working in the Oilfield during the winter months in North Dakota can get very cold. I used to own a pair of leather boots, which when outside exposed to snow then getting in and out of a semi multiple times a day ruined the leather boots over an extended period of time. This past week we have experienced -14 degrees Fahrenheit without windchill. I had on one pair of heavy-duty socks and sticky heating pads to the bottom of my feet. Ultimately my feet still got cold and turned numb. I was wishing the boots had more insulation to them. One problem I see arising is I am going to wear a hole into the top of the boots. This is because there is a plunger valve under the semi that I use my foot to drain liquid from the air tank. The boots would be better in my opinion if the top of the foot was a little bit thicker or had the same texture as the toes. Overall I like switching to the rubber boots because my feet don't get wet, but working in the oilfield there is lack of protection against flames. I did research for safety-toed insulated rubber work boots, and these are a bargain for the price. The review would be 5-star if I didn't live in such cold temperatures.

Sizing of the boot

I bought a pair of a pair of Dunlop Purofort boots with the vibram sole. I was skeptical on what size to buy because everyone says they run narrow. I wear a 12ee for all my work boots so I went with a 13 and they feel very comfortable there is a little slip in the heel but I think that goes with every time you use slip on boots.

Best boots of my life, these will be lifetimers for sure, great construction, and very comfortable, I do find them a little tight in the ankle part, but I'm sure with time, they will get worn in, today is my first day wearing them.
