The sandy finish is NOT a positive.

1. As the other David mentioned this is not shoulder length.
2. As my review title mentions the sandy finish is a bad thing, because it's not a finish. It is actual sand in the Nitrile material itself which destroys the gloves from the inside out where ever those particles are causing leaks.

These are definitely not shoulder-length gloves. They go a little past my elbow and I'm 5'11". We need to reach to the bottom of a tank 26" deep and these don't do it. Will never buy again.
