This is an ideal basic raincoat to have on hand for times when the weather changes and coverage is needed fast. It is made of durable water resistant PVC over polyester.
Neese 1790C Features:- PVC (.35mm) on polyester
- Corduroy tipped collar & snaps for detachable hood
- Raglan shoulder design with underarm vents
- Vented back
- Snap front closure & side patch pockets (2)
- Coat is a minimum of 60” long
- Badge patch on left breast
- Inner leg snaps form chaps when connected

Just what I needed.

Having no car in a rainy city is challenging but this thing is the closest I get to shelter. Even while riding my bike. The back of the coat has buttons that match the front so you can separate each leg haha. Looks kinda funny but I don't care, I'm dry.
It's a little thinner than other brands that make these long coats but those have disappeared from online, this was all I could find and I'm glad I did. It's cheaper, and still does the job great. Kinda glad it's thinner because when I layer up I get warm real quick.
Make no mistake this is 60 inches long. I'm 5'9" and it goes to my shoes but unless it's completely unbuttoned and I'm walking up stairs, my feet have never caught the jacket.
It has one outside pocket and one inside pocket. It comes with a button on hood.
I bought two of em, one for my roommate and I. Good stuff highly recommend.

Just ordered a medium for my brother. Great material and it looks pretty cool too. I plan to order another one for myself. Highly recommend it; plus it is very affordable.

I don't see how this rain coat could be any better. I'm tall and big and this rain coat goes to mid calf or a little lower & has ample room to go over my clothes and allows me to still be able to move around and do my outside chores (on the farm). Very quality materials & the hood is great.

For some reason it is next to impossible to find an ankle-length raincoat. Seems to be great quality.
