Disappointed in this product

Too tight on hips when buttoned, and I am slim. Back below yoke is puffy!! I laundered the shirt which didn’t help. I am attempting to make the shirt fit better - opened the lower yoke seam and taking up the extra fabric into the yoke to reduce puffiness.
