Makes hard hat less uncomfortable

This kind of mutes the feeling of having the straps of a hard hat resting on your head all day. Also seems to not mess up my hair as much as the bare straps on the hard hat. It's the cool season now so I'm not really using it for its cooling purposes... just makes the cheap hard hat I am forced to wear a little less uncomfortable.
