They are the only helmets that combine a 360-degree padded sweatband with the secure fit and easy adjustability of a ratchet headband. Thanks to the patented Swingstrap, workers can quickly switch between the normal and reverse wearing positions without removing or reinstalling the suspension, even when using a welding helmet, faceshield, or goggles. All Fibre-Metal Supereight thermoplastic hats and caps are SEI certified to ANSI Z89 standards in both forward and reverse positions.

Swivel is great, great for lightweight. Maybe my small head but falls off when looking up. And gloss and color fade fast. Nothing a can of spray paint won't fix. All in all a great cap. Many compliments.

This hat is adjustable per head size which is great for a non-bulky feel and snugs to the head especially on the lowest setting. Great if you like to minimize hard hat height when wearing. Great batters helmet design......... The only setback is that I am going to use my older hard hat for the extreme temperatures, which adjusts to head in only on facet making it easy to wear a head sock in temperatures below -15 with no wind. Eastern Utah Crude Hauler norm, were punks compared to ND. :) I want to wear this hat all day.
