Lightweight without sacrificing durability

I ordered these for my glass recycling plant workers because they asked for them by name.
In the summertime, the lightweight mesh keeps them cool and comfortable while the foam protects them from the numerous sharp edges they handle on a daily basis.

Work at a grocery store where I have to lift heavy things and move fast. These have a great grip I love though they seem to run a bit large as the small did not fit, will reorder again with a smaller size.
