The Neese Dura Quilt series is made from 13 oz ribbed PVC/Polyester fabric, which offers a combination of extreme toughness and flexibility. Its non-woven polyester substrate base material enhances comfort and effectively dissipates moisture. The garments in the Dura Quilt line provide both comfort and ruggedness, featuring a bat wing design that facilitates an optimal range of motion. The Dura Quilt seams are strong and are electronically welded for maximum durability and strength.

Thick PVC material

This style of raincoat is difficult to beat & worth it! #1 Made of thick PVC to handle abuse, Ex. wearing it on the ground (with scoria/ clinker) chaining up tires. #2 Quick to put on/off & covers most of your body when needed, vs putting on/off rain pants or getting your seat all wet muddy. #3 Hood is attached, no losing it. If you buy a bigger size the hood will fit over a hard hat also. Downside - they use buttons, which anyone knows combine Mud & the buttons will stop working w/o being cleaned. They should make this style of raincoat with a different fastener - snap buckles, velcro? zippers are just a step up from buttons when it comes to mud.

I got a small and it fits perfectly. I am a female 5 ft 2". It's very thick and a little stiff but it does keep out the rain. The color is a nice green shade.

The raincoat appears sturdy and well made. The size selection chart worked well. I and giving it an average rating because I find the lower snap difficult to close because the fit prevents easy access to the snap. I use the coat when I walk my dog. I have no regrets about the purchase as I think all in all I can live with the snap issue and I think it will serve me well.
