Sprayon WL 740 Zinc Rich Galvanizing Compound is a high-performance primer containing 97% pure zinc dust pigment blended with epoxy resin. This compound acts against rust through its electrochemical mechanism on steel or pre-galvanized layers. The self-sacrificing zinc acts as a shield for the underlying metal, ensuring its integrity and halting rust proliferation even if the surface is breached or scratched. This compound fuses zinc to the metal substrate and delivers protection against corrosion equal to or better than hot-dipped galvanized.

Instructions for Use:Remove all rust scale paint grease or foreign matter. A good clean surface is necessary. Apply directly to dry metal or galvanized surface and not over any other paint or coating. Product should be sprayed in a well-ventilated area.
