The Chill-Its® 8935MF Hi-Vis Sun Hat provides excellent sun protection and is designed with the latest microfiber cooling technology to offer relief in scorching heat. It is made from lightweight 150D polyester and features a wide brim that provides complete coverage to the head and face. The hat is equipped with 360-degree mesh venting, ensuring maximum airflow for comfortable breathability. The hat comes in eye-catching hi-vis colors, including lime and orange, and is certified by ANSI 107, with 1in // 2.5cm reflective tape to enhance visibility and promote worker safety.
Heat-related illness continuously ranks among the top causes of worksite accidents and fatalities. Evaporative cooling technologies such as microfiber are a simple, effective and comfortable solution for heat stress prevention. Similar to how sweat cools the body, evaporative technologies use an external water source to draw heat away—helping to regulate body temperature while providing cool relief. When activated, this cooling ranger hat is comfortable and refreshing for even the hottest days of the year.
HOW TO ACTIVATERun the inside rim of the sun hat under water for one minute to activate instant cooling relief that lasts up to three hours. The ultra-absorbent microfiber will retain water while remaining soft and comfortable. Machine wash as needed and hang to dry.
This sun protection hat is available in two sizes (S/M, L/XL) to fit a variety of head sizes.
