Broken zipper & runs small

Struggled to unzip right out of the package, worked with it awhile, zipper split twice and then got stuck for good. Had to reorder 2 sizes up to get correct fit.

Fleece

I thought I was getting a full fleece jacket. It is nice, but wish you had explained more thoroughly about the material. Core softshell didn’t cover it. It is a nice idea. I just prefer a full fleece jacket. Thank you, Kathleen.

Size up at least twice...

The vest material and craftsmanship is as expected, but the size chart was way off! I ordered an XL and would say it fit more like a medium. It took a while to arrive and now I have to return it anyways. Won’t be getting a replacement.

Sizing Mistake

Ordered a Large and it was no doubt mismarked. It fit my size 4 daughter. Would order another if I was sure it was correctly sized.

Fast Shipping, great customer service
