The description said one size fits most, well I have an average to medium-sized head and no hair and this thing was too tight on me so it would be more accurate to say it fits the few that have small heads.

It’s too tight if you pull it over your ears and doesn’t stay on your head if it’s above your ears. Not worth the postage to return it.
