Nice and warm

This parka is great. Keeps me warm and keeps me dry. Hood a little short for my big head, but overall love this jacket.

Runs 1 size small

A competitive price for an orange parka. The sizing runs 1 size small. The zip out liner is a nice feature.

Perfect Cold-Weather Gear

I work in northeast Pennsylvania, outside, on top of an exposed, windy hill. This coat is a lifesaver in the cold. I previously owned the bomber version, which I loved. When it came time to replace it, I thought I'd try the longer version. Not disappointed. Does a good job keeping the rain out, too. I do suggest going up one size to be sure you can layer for the worst days.

I gave it 4 stars based on construction and quality. If our SAR unit decides to purchase these then we can evaluate how it holds up under heavy use.

Coat

The coat is warm, so I am extremely happy about that. But the liner bunches up & sticks to certain material. So you spend a lot of time pulling it down. I may attach Velcro strips at the bottom to see if that resolves my problem. I also should have bought a size larger. So if you order, allow for extra clothing...I didn't, so a heavy sweatshirt makes it feel too snug.
