Scratchy and rough. Appears black not navy.

Out of the box, I prefer the 100% cotton made by Bulwark which is softer on the skin. This shirt is made of 88% cotton and 12% nylon which makes it feel stiff and rough. It doesn't feel like something I would call "ComforTouch". I doubt washing will soften the nylon.
Although it's described as navy, it is much darker tone and I would even say it's black. I have other Navy FR clothes from Bulwark which have more blue in it.
I paid $69.61 in December 2021. I see that other suppliers are cheaper for the shirt alone, but to reduce shipping I was purchased the Bulwark jacket which turned out to be unavailable. Full Source customer service is pleasant and responsive.
