These gloves are warm but the pads on the fingers and palm of the hands turn hard as a rock on the cold and limit your dexterity which for a work glove is not good. Not only that but it makes it slick also not good for a work glove.

For large they fit very tight on medium hands and because of fit they are not very effective in cold weather.
