- (1) Chill-Its 6210 Phase Change Cooling Ice Vest: Weighing less than 3lbs and designed in a one size fits most manner, this cooling phase change vest provides immediate relief to the core by maintaining a constant temperature of 64°F (18°C) for up to 2 hours and can recharge in just 10 minutes.
