Great vests, but all sizes are about the same dimensions

Full Source finally had the XS vests in stock, so I ordered a couple of XS vests to see if they would fit on my smallest field personnel. She is 5' tall and weighs about 100lbs and we have a hard time finding safety equipment that fits her without going to equestrian sites and paying a premium. Unfortunately, while the vests themselves are great, the XS was about the same dimensions as the L and M vests, and she was swimming in them. they came down to her mid-thigh, and hung off her shoulders down to her mid-bicep. We are taking them in for tailoring because she needs the vests, and they match the rest of the ones we have ordered for the company, but it will again cost us a premium. (I'm 6'3", 185lb, and the XS vest fit me without a hitch). So, while we like the product, it does NOT fit as advertised.
