The Evolution® Deluxe 6161 Full Brim Mining Hard Hat builds on the legacy of the MK2 and MK3 models with a modern design and upgraded features. Its high-density polyethylene (HDPE) shell offers reliable protection, while the 6-point suspension system with durable polyester textile straps ensures stability and comfort. The Chamlon sweatband features an Egyptian cotton core with a porous PU coating for excellent sweat absorption. It is pH neutral and dermatologically tested for skin safety. The full brim design adds extra coverage for the neck and ears, shielding against sun, rain, snow, glare, and falling debris. A convenient wheel ratchet system allows for a secure, comfortable fit with easy adjustment.

- Cable loop located on the rear of the hard hat keeps the cable in place
- Class R2 high intensity reflective material offers 360 degree reflective coverage and significantly more reflectivity than standard reflective clothing material

- Extended back brim helps protect neck and ears from the sun's UV rays, as well as a run-off for rain and snow...short front brim shades the face while allowing excellent visibility

This thing surprised me when I put it on. When it's just sitting there, it looks weirdly small and the suspension looks kinda dinky. But when I put it on, it looks completely normal, and the suspension might be the most comfortable I've worn in the last ten years. I love it.
