Hopeful

This is the 4th hoodie I've purchased here, the first 2 were awesome. The 3rd not so much, within a month (after 2 washes the reflective tape cracked horribly and lost reflectivity. Contacted customer service after 9 months of waiting I got a replacement (which did the same thing. Bought reflective tape on Amazon and repaired it myself) I like the hoodie itself for the chest pocket (hard to find) and it's a thicker material that keeps the cold out. So I'm hopeful that this one lasts more than a month.

I bought this for my husband to wear to work. He loved it and said it was really warm. He works on a construction site so the colors were perfect for making him easy to see. Since he works outside, warmth was an important deciding factor for me, in purchasing this item.
