I purchased this coat for my husband to wear to work, he works in construction so the visibility wear on this jacket is great also he says it’s lightweight but warm and the lined pockets are an added bonus for warmth for his hands.

A Classic that never disappoints

As a class A CDL truck driver, I've had these Port Authority Challenger jackets supplied to me by employers for 25 years. Durable, lightweight, and waterproof, yet very warm even in the coldest conditions. Roomy enough to layer underneath and not be restrictive to movement. To top it off, this classic jacket is also reasonably priced. Shipping was fast and arrived in new condition. All my old versions of this jacket are either worn out, too small or stained with fifth-wheel grease. I recently changed jobs and didn't know if my new employer would supply cold weather gear. I did an online search, found Full Source (and this jacket), and never looked back. (A little tip: Pre-treat black grease stains with Spray N Wash stain remover stick, throw this jacket in the washer, and your jacket will look nicer longer.) I am completely happy with this product. My happiness is of paramount importance.
